There's usually a service charge, but consider tipping on top of it, up to 15% total; good service is common.
Hotels
Tip concierges $20 for a special favor; bellhops - $1-2/bag, cleaning staff - $3-5/day.
Guides & Drivers
Tip guides $15-20/person/day for small groups and $10/person/day for larger groups; tip drivers half that; in taxis, round up the fare.

Yes. Euros too.
